1. Fujisan Technologies Limited (PAN: AAACF8163C) has been merged with Thacker and Company Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Fujisan Technologies Limited (Transferor Company) and Thacker and Company Limited (Transferee Company) as sanctioned by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 01st May, 2025. Therefore, Fujisan Technologies Limited is no longer in existence as of 30.06.2025 and do not form part of the Promoter Group, as of 30.06.2025 and thereafter. 2. Quality Tissue Converting Company Private Limited holding nil shares in the Company is Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Biodegradable Products India Limited which forms part of promoter group of the Company. 3. Dipper Health Care Private Limited holding nil shares in the Company is Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Quality Tissue Converting Company Private Limited which in turn is Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Biodegradable Products India Limited thus forms part of the promoter group of the Company. 4. AMJ Realty Limited holding nil shares in the Company is Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of AMJ Land Holdings Limited thus forms part of the promoter group of the Company. 5. AMJ Land Developers holding nil shares in the Company is a Partnership Firm in which 95% of the Capital is contributed by AMJ Land Holdings Limited thus forms part of the promoter group of the Company.
